WDBJ7 Paws and Claws is officially sponsored by WDBJ Television, Inc (dba WDBJ7).
Buyers and sellers on WDBJ7's Paws and Claws must abide by all Virginia statutes governing the sale and transfer of pets.
WDBJ7 is not responsible for the transfer of pets, this must be handled by the buyer and seller.
If the seller is requesting payment for the pet sold, this must be clearly stated in the ad and payment will be handled by the seller at time of purchase.
No purchase is necessary.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible to submit a pet to WDBJ7's Paws and Claws.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to WDBJ7 the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the submission.
WDBJ7 reserves the right to use any and all information related to the submissions, including information on contestants obtained through submission, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
UPICKEM and WDBJ7 are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line/mobile failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
